About Faithmusic Worship

Faithmusic Worship is the worship music ministry of Cheryl and Andrew Amelang and family. We are an unorthodox, counter-cultural expression of the body of Christ focused on prophetic, intercessory worship.

Prophetic: We expect God to speak with us as he did with his people in the past, and as the apostles' teaching indicates will be an ordinary experience of the body of Christ.

Intercessory: We are more concerned for God's work in the world around us than for oursevles. It's about aligning our interests with his, not getting him to align his with ours.

Worship: We show God how much he is worth to us—how grateful we are for what he's given us and done for us—by what we are willing to give to and do for him.

Availability

In addition to the regular worship we do in our home and at our music school (Brenham Music Academy), we are available to lead worship and prayer ministry at any event at which the lordship and resurrection of Jesus are proclaimed, in any configuration from a solo worship leader to an eight-member worship team. We are also willing to assist with one or two week campaigns to establish local fellowships for groups with which our specific mission is aligned.
